Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Solaris Management LLC is a privately owned management consulting firm specializing in the healthcare industry administration. The principal owner has over 40 years in leadership positions with Fortune 100 and non-profit national health insurance companies and hospital/health system administration. Extensive experience includes managed care contract negotiation, administration of global risk operations for payer and provider, strategic planning and budgeting, formal mentoring, and development of data driven medical cost reduction strategies, with a track record of establishing relationships and identifying common ground among groups with diverse goals resulting in successful outcomes. Strategic Plan facilitation and implementation, Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA), and initiatives pertaining to value-based care and population health are included in the scope of services available and are particularly relevant to non-profit and/or rural hospitals today.
